New Playground at Fraggle Rock, built by Where Angel's Play and Volunteers, Bill Lavin and Pinky Clifford met over two years ago to plan this event. In honor of the Fire fighters who lost their lives on 9/11; the dedication of the park was on 9/11. It will be named First Responders Park.
